ZGH series vertical high-speed mixer is a high-speed and high-efficiency mixer specially developed for powder mixing, which solves the technical problem of mixing various powder raw materials into wet materials with water for many years in the food, pharmaceutical and other industries. Before, most manufacturers used trough mixer, V-shaped mixer, two-dimensional mixer, three-dimensional motion mixer and other mixing equipment, but there are common problems such as long mixing time, uneven mixing, small round and small pieces. The products made have color difference, taste and ingredient content, which makes the product quality unstable and the appearance not beautiful.
ZGH vertical high-speed mixer is a high-efficiency mixer newly developed by domestic and foreign technology, which solves the problem of difficult mixing of powder materials and has a mixing effect that is difficult to achieve by other mixing equipment.

3. Feeding and discharging are very convenient. When feeding, raw materials, small materials and water are added at one time, and then the lid is closed and the machine is started for mixing according to the set time. When discharging, just open the cylinder valve and start or jog to fully discharge the material. In this way, the operation is simple and sanitary, without touching the raw materials;
4. The cleaning is simple, as long as the water is added to the hopper, the machine is turned on and rotated, and then the water is discharged to clean it;
5. The sealing structure of ZGH vertical high-speed mixer has been carefully designed, with reliable sealing performance, convenient maintenance and disassembly. All gears have been heat treated and long service life.
Working principle
ZGH vertical high-speed mixer is composed of bottom feeding paddle and high-speed crushing paddle. The feeding paddle will continuously feed the bottom material upward along the cylinder wall. The high-speed crushing paddle will thoroughly break the material sent by the blade paddle, making the material cycle to form a vortex, so as to achieve the purpose of mixing the material evenly in a short time.
